ingredients:
  • - 250 gr chicken meat, cut into small chests.

  • - 30 ml coconut milk
  • - 2 tsp fish sauce

  • - 1 tablespoon coriander
  • - 1 teaspoon cumin
  • - 10 pieces of pepper
  • - 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • - 1sdt salt
  • - 25 pieces of green chilli
  • - 1 piece of lemongrass
  • - 3 cloves garlic
  • - 3 spring onions
  • - 3 cm galangal
  • - 1 small lime leaves
  • - ½ cm turmeric

How to make:
  1. 1. Toast the coriander, cumin, and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix with other spices and then puree
  3. 3. Heat a wok. Enter the cooking oil and saute until fragrant spices. Remember, use a small fire.
  4. 4. Add half the coconut milk, stirring constantly until boiling, about five minutes.
  5. 5. Add chicken and continue stirring. Then let's fire and life for a minute.
  6. 6. Add the remaining coconut milk, water and stir slowly. Add sugar and fish sauce, stir again.
  7. 7. Add eggplant and stir. Allow to mature, about 10 minutes.
